Caring for Country

In this module, students explore how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples respond to changes in Country with care and responsibility. They learn that Country is living and must be respected, listened to, and cared for like a family member. Through examples such as seasonal indicators, sustainable harvesting, and cultural burning, students see how people help maintain the health and balance of Country.
